◦ If a client is dissatisfied or changes their project plan, they can check their eligibility for a refund based on the policy below.
3. Advance Payment Policy:
◦ Upon deciding to use our services, clients are required to make a 50% advance payment.
◦ If a client cancels the project within 15 days, the advance payment is non-refundable.
